Nothing Comes to Sleepers but a Dream

With the sunshine comes the dawning of a day
Still another dream has come and slipped away
Scattered visions of the things you want to be
Make you open up your mind and try to see
How to make dreams come true

Ohh life is but a dream...nothing comes to sleepers but a dream
Ohh life is but a dream...nothing comes to sleepers but a dream

Standing all alone you wonder what is real
Is it what you see or is it what you feel (is it what you feel)
While your wondering the day has passed away
No more time for wondering it is time to pray
God make our dreams come true

“Congratulations!” to Rev. Lee Franklin , Youth Minister at Atlanta’s Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church (1202 W. Marietta St., NW, Atlanta, GA) on a successful Youth and Young Adult Emphasis Week with week long services that focused on the theme “The Great ‘I AM”. The highlight was Rev. Franklin’s sermon this morning “There Is a Doctor in the House”. Due to his growing work with the NAACP and the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) he also announced the expansion of the church’s youth ministry into a youth commission which included introducing three associate pastors who will be under his tutelage. Rev. Franklin has been on the front lines with the Trayvon Martin case. Best wishes to Rev. and Mrs. Franklin and their family!
